Victoria Cairl
Founder, CEO
Victoria “Vic” Cairl has worked in the industry for over twenty years and brings her knowledge of advertising, marketing, sales, ticketing, and tourism to the table. She has held positions at Serino Coyne, TMG, Disney Theatrical, The Met Museum, Lincoln Center, and Show-Score. She has successfully run Table 7 independently since 2019.

Bethany Larsen
Bethany Larsen (VP, Operations) joins Table 7 with extensive operations experience, starting as an office assistant at the press agency Boneau/Bryan-Brown and including work with Barlow/Hartman and The Hartman Group, Broadway Across America and Martian Entertainment. Most recently, she was a VP of Human Capital Services at BridgeView CFO Services, which was purchased by Consero Global, a growing finance-as-a-service software company. She likes bringing systems, tools and consistency to make great teams even better. On the weekends you will find her working on her 1887 house in Peekskill, NY.

Dana Liu
Dana Liu (Social Media & Creative Manager) is multi-faceted artist based in Philadelphia, PA. She has experience designing digital and print creative for regional and non-profit theater companies. Prior to joining Table 7, Dana was the Marketing Associate at Philadelphia Theatre Company with a broad scope spanning social media management, email campaign creation and art design. When she's not glued to her laptop, Dana loves video gaming, playing with swords and spending time with her cat, Mai Tai.

Kate Noonan
Kate Noonan (VP, Marketing & Partnerships) has worked in theater and event marketing in New York for 15 years, holding roles at City Center, Carnegie Hall, FIAF, and Lincoln Center. Kate loves to study the ever-evolving social marketing landscape, and collaborate with equally enthusiastic minds to develop best-in-class brand solutions that break through the clutter. She is fascinated by how nonprofits, theaters, and Broadway/Off-Broadway shows can use the many tools Meta and Google have developed to help drive brand awareness and revenue. She lives in Brooklyn with her husband Tom, and their kids Millie and Jack.

Amy Sapp
Amy Sapp (Head of Organic Social Media) from New York to Nashville, Amy has managed social media for clients throughout the entertainment industry for over six years, accounts ranging from NBCUniversal to The Tony Awards. Outside of digital media, Amy programmed Late Night at 54 Below for six years and now programs concerts at the historic Franklin Theatre in Franklin, Tennessee. Amy was profiled in Forbes at 22 years-old for booking and concert producing. She currently has several projects in pre-production. Her favorite musical is Starlight Express, and she won't apologize for that.

Peter Waugh
Peter Waugh (Director of Group Sales) is an Astoria resident and lifelong theatre kid, Peter has spent his career in sales, entertainment, and tourism. After a long stint with The Shubert Organization bringing Broadway and live performance to the tourism industry, he took on the attractions world, representing tall buildings and soaring rides. Peter is thrilled to be back in the live performance world and is looking forward to bringing new projects to market as part of the amazing Table 7 team.

Victoria Weinberg
Victoria Weinberg (VP, Finance & New Business) is a Tony-nominated theater and live events producer with her company Just V Productions (Parade, Syncing Ink.) Additionally, she is the U.S. Producer for international producing company Glass Half Full Productions, most recently: POTUS, Betrayal, Seawall/A Life, Caroline, or Change, The Lehman Trilogy, Pictures From Home. Her producing aesthetic lies in serving and supporting new work and new creators within the commercial theatre space. She advocates for demystifying 'how to produce' for artists and democratizing knowledge between producers and artists. Additionally, Victoria produces in the live & digital event space as the co producer & creative director of the PEN America Literary Awards. She holds an MBA in Global Business Administration at Tuft University's Fletcher School and a graduate of the Commercial Theatre Institute’s 14-Week program. She holds her B.F.A. from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and was previously the Co-Artistic Director of NewYork Based Libra Theatre Company
